Up in Smoak
Hello again dearies,
So I recently started to watch arrow again, which I'm happy to say, I enjoy very much thanks to the one and only fav IT-girl; Felicity Meghan Smoak! I stopped watching at first because there was simply ZERO chemisrty between the two lead characters of Oliver Queen en Laurel Lance. Laurel was just a terrible cast (NO hate on the actress cuz I loved her on Supernatural!) and I just couldn't stand how little depth she had. So after a few episodes I called it quits, until I suddenly saw something on my tumbr dashboard; OLICITY! I am so happy this caught my attention because I really REALLY wanted to like this show. The chemistry and tention Oliver and Felicity have is just A-MA-ZING. If you wanted to you could cut it with a knife! Her babbles are just the most adorkable thing ever and her spunky personality clashes so well with Oliver's brooding and "I have to save the city!" that I just want to wrap them up and put them in my pocket!
Now that I have confessed my profound love for Olicity we are moving on to the fashion part. Felicity has a very specific kind of fashion and it has changed over the course of the seasons. At first we saw a lot simple reserved outfits with her hair up in a strong ponytail. Not that we hate that! Au contraire my friends.
Here we see that reserved (sorta) kind of outfit. With the buttons buttoned up to the top she shows a simple and reserved look. But in the second season you see a clear change. For instance this outfit:
She starts to wear more dresses! And I love that. It makes a slightly different statement than skirt-with-blouse does. Plus this is a tighter dress which shows of her awesome figure that we new was hiding under there ;)
The dress is a 'Manhatten' dress by Frech Connection (< click the link)
And then there is this!:
WHOA there Smoaky! Yes it is a skirt-with-blouse outfit but this time with a slight edge to it. For one there is the sweater she is wearing. Talk about low v-neck, go get 'em girl! And also the skirt is not 'just a skirt'. This is a (partially) LEATHER skirt, which is a big deal for our IT-girl ;) All in all I love the way she dressed before and I love the way she dresses now.

so a quick blog in between blogs. I seriously CANNOT wait until the next episode of Once Upon A Time because OMG you guys look at this:

Pretty Little Fashion Show
Hello again dearies,
I'm back with the next 'get the style' blog with this time on the menu; "Pretty Little Liars"! I'm really excited for this one since I love this show and of course the style that the girls wear. I am a little behind on episodes but I will be cathcing up soon so don't you worry. Today's pretty little liar is Aria with her unique sense of style. I think I like her style the most. Well, let's get on!
So the item that I liked the most was obviously the skirt! <3
Shirt: Gem Emblished Cropped Tee by Silence + Noise (used to be available at Urban Outfitters)
Skirt: Crinoline Pleated Skirt by Remain (sold out but this one is very similair)
Shoes: 'Cavity' Wedge Sneakers by Goldluxe by Zigi
Okay so I simply love every part of this outfit but this white cardigan is just so cute and fluffy and I just had to point that out! ^-^
Dress: Sleeveless High-Neck Lace Shift by Kensie (sadly sold out at Macy's but this is very similair!)
Cardigan: Shawl Collar Cable Active Golf Sweater/Cardigan by Ralph Lauren (expensive *sigh*)
Bag: Black Studded Backpack by Rebecca Minkoff (sold out but any studded backpack will do)
So the weather is getting colder and colder (at least here where I live) so a sweatery Aria seems in order I think *WINK*
So this is an 'As If Sweater' by 'Wildfox'. I really like this sweater because it's biiiigggg and waaarmmm and fluuffyyyy....(ﾉ◕ヮ◕)ﾉ*:･ﾟ✧
So that's it again for today. I made this during class so I didn't really have much time :) I know I know I should be paying attention but it's monday so I think it's okay. I guess I'll see you guys again soon!
